Eulah Mae Schofield

Eulah Mae Schofield, 81, of Benton; died at 2:56 p.m. Friday, April 8, 2011 at the Franklin Hospital in Benton.
Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 12, 2011 in the Leffler-Poulson Funeral Home, with Rev. Dean Severin officiating. Burial will be in the Masonic and Odd Fellows Cemetery in Benton. Visitation will be Tuesday from 1:00 p.m. until the funeral hour at 2:00 p.m. in the Leffler - Poulson Funeral Home of Benton.
Mrs. Schofield was born on May 5, 1929 in Benton, the daughter of Alec Pitts and Sophia (Mocak) Pitts.
Eulah was a retired waitress having worked at both the Greyhound Bus Station and the Benton Country Club. She was of the Catholic faith.
She was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.
Survivors include a daughter: Donna Briggs of Benton; a son: John DeSpain and wife Lee of Craig, CO; a grandson: Brad Biggs and wife Cindy of Akin; and a great-granddaughter Julia Brooke Biggs also of Akin.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a son: Marvin DeSpain; and two sisters: Mary Kondor and Vera Daughtery.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Helia Health Care Center and will be accepted at the funeral home.
