Jessica Phillips

Jessica Atule Phillips, age 37, of Eldorado, passed away at 10:05 a.m. Sunday, September 1, 2024, at her home.

Jessica was born on December 24, 1986, in Manito, Philippines; the daughter of Otelo Atule and Amelia M. Atule. She married Bryan Carter Phillips on March 14, 2019.

She and her husband attended Little Chapel Church of Harrisburg, IL.

She enjoyed fishing, cooking, traveling, going to rummage sales. She was certified in full contact Tai Kwando. Her greatest love was spending time with and caring for her family.

Surviving is her husband Bryan C. Phillips of Eldorado; three children: Emily Sue Atule Phillips, Isaiah Bryan Atule Phillips, John Bennedict Atule, all three of Eldorado; her parents Otelo and Amelia M. Atule of the Philippines; siblings including: Gary Atule, Girly Diaz, Cherlyn Danas, Elsa Doringo, Marilyn Williams and Kannie Atule; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents and a sister Jean Marie Atule.

Her wishes were to be cremated.

Celebration of Life Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, September 21, 2024, at Little Chapel Church of Harrisburg, Illinois, with Pastor T.W. Norman officiating.
